Turkey's Small and Medium Enterprises Development Organization (KOSGEB) has announced an open tender to update Microsoft operating system license, as well as its database.
Both local and foreign companies can participate in the tender.
The tender will be held at 10:00 (GMT +3) on May 16, 2019.
