Turkmenistan's Turkmenbashi Complex of Oil Refineries (TCOR) has announced a tender to purchase railway equipment, spare parts and materials.
Those willing to participate in the tender should submit an application indicating the full name of the participant, legal status, country of registration, details and contact numbers.
Moreover, applicants need to get a package of tender documents by paying $575 per lot.
