Russian company starts shipping cargo from Japan to Uzbekistan (Exclusive)

BAKU, Azerbaijan, September 27. Russian FESCO transport company has started shipping cargo from Japan to Uzbekistan, the company told Trend.

The company noted that it is planned to supply car parts from Japan for the production of cars in Uzbekistan. As part of the shipment of the first batch of products, FESCO transports 18-forty-foot containers.

“The shipment of the first batch of products under the new FESCO Trans China Railway service took place on August 21. Now the containers are at the Kazakh-Chinese logistics terminal in the city of Lianyungang (China). Arrival at the station in Tashkent is scheduled for October 15,” the company said.

It was noted that FESCO cooperates with many resident companies of the Republic of Uzbekistan.

“Our clients include both forwarding companies and the largest manufacturing and trading companies in the country,” said the company.

FESCO transports goods not only to Uzbekistan, but also to Kazakhstan, Kyrgyzstan, and Tajikistan on the intermodal route through the Vladivostok Commercial Sea Port.

“In addition to Japan, we transport goods to Uzbekistan from Korea, China, Vietnam and other Asian countries, from Turkiye, as well as from European countries through various intermodal and rail services,” the company said.
