Iran will try the individuals who in January attacked the Saudi Arabian Embassy in Tehran.
The court hearing will be held on July 18, judiciary spokesman Qolamhossein Mohseni Ejei said June 15, Nasim reported.
The official earlier said 48 people had been charged concerning the case.
The attacks on the embassy took place on January 2 during demonstrations by angry protesters censuring Saudi Arabia's execution of top opposition cleric Sheikh Nimr al-Nimr.
Top Iranian officials censured the incident that was followed by Riyadh's severance of ties with Tehran.
