Matthew Bryza To Visit Sokhumi

Matthew J. Bryza, Deputy Assistant Secretary of State for European and Eurasian Affairs, will leave for Sokhumi on Friday, reported PNA.

According to "Apsni press", Matthew Bryza will meet Sergei Bagapsh, President of de facto Republic of Abkhazia, Stanislav Lakobas, Security Council Secretary,and Sergei Shamba, Minister of Foreign Affairs.

Issues on talking process' prospect, peaceful plans including German three-stage plan on conflict regulation will become topic for discussion.

John Tefft, U.S. Ambassador in Georgia, and other representatives of diplomatic corps will visit Sokhumi along with Matthew Bryza.

Patricia Flor, Ambassador of Germany in Georgia, will arrive in Sokhumi and meet with Bagapsh, Lakobas and Raul Khajimba, Vice President of de facto Republic.
