Georgia, Tbilisi, 31 July / Trend corr. N.Kirtskhalia / Georgia will not accept 'peace' initiatives from the Russian Federation. "We will not withdraw our police subdivision by Churkin's demand," Temur Yakobashvili, Georgian State Minister on Reintegration issues, said.

Yakobashvili has commented the statement by the Russian standing representatives in the UN Vitaliy Churkin. Churkin, in his turn, stated that the Georgian-Abkhaz negotiations may be restored only after Georgia withdraws its subdivision from Kodor ravine and will sign non-attack document.

"Interference and withdrawal of Georgian police subdivision from Kodor ravine is outside of Churukin competence. Georgia will decide to withdraw its subdivision from the territory or not," Yakobashvili said.
