( dpa )- Three quakes hit Sunday the Khorassan province in north-eastern Iran with no information yet available on casualties and extent of damage, Fars news agency reported.
The tremors, ranging from 2.9 to 5.1 degrees on the Richter scale, hit the town Arian Shahr , Fars reported.
Relief teams have already been dispatched to the area to estimate the damage, Fars added.
