Turkish Foreign Minister Ahmet Davutoglu discussed Syria issue with UN Secretary General Ban Ki-moon on Sunday, Anadolu Agency reported.
Diplomatic sources said that Davutoglu and Ban discussed the concerning situation in Syria, especially the incidents in Aleppo, during a phone conversation.
Davutoglu told Ban that al-Assad regime was increasing the dosage of violence, noting that the incidents in Syria constituted an important danger for the regional countries.
Davutoglu also briefed Ban about Turkey's talks with Jordan which is another country that gives shelter to Syrian people.
Ban, too, shared the concerns of Davutoglu regarding Syria issue.
