The Turkish port of Botas received 875 ships from January through September 2021, the Ministry of Transport and Infrastructure of Turkey told Trend.
Out of the ships received at the aforementioned port, 111 were flying the Turkish flag, and 764 - the flags of other countries, the ministry said.
In September 2021, Turkish ports received 4,407 ships.
Of the total number of ships received by the ports, 1,281 were flying the flag of Turkey, 3,126 - the flags of other countries.
The ports of Turkey received 38,304 ships in the first 9 months of 2021, including 11,562 - flying the flag of Turkey. The remaining 26,742 ships were flying the flags of other countries
