Changes occurred in the leadership of the Bank Technique, and Rovshan Ismayilov, who served as chairman of the supervisory board, has left the bank within the framework of these changes, the bank told Trend Oct.20.
Ismayilov's statement regarding this fact was approved at the meeting of shareholders Oct. 16.
The post of chairman of the board and his first deputy [Yashar Safarov has recently left the post] also remain vacant now.
Deputy chairman Ayaz Gerayzade has been appointed acting chairman of the board.
Bank Technique JSC operates in Azerbaijan since 1994 (it was called Rashadbank earlier, and Texnika Bank since 1998). The bank received its present name after rebranding in 2012. The Bank offers a wide range of banking and financial services in Azerbaijan.
At present, the bank's services are rendered in Baku, Absheron, Ganja, Sumgait, Guba, Mingechevir, Gabala, Sheki, Bilasuvar, Jalilabad, Tovuz, Agstafa and Lankaran.
