The Heydar Aliyev Baku Oil Refinery of Azerbaijan’s state oil company SOCAR has announced a tender for the purchase of steel pipes and pipeline components.
The tender participation fee is 531 manats.
Those willing to take part in the tender should send an application for participation until 16:30 (GMT +4) July 6, 2018, and the tender offer until 12:00 on July 17, 2018. The tender bids will be opened July 17 at 15:00.
