BAKU, Azerbaijan, October 17. Yelo Bank application is the most convenient mobile bank for individuals in Azerbaijan, the head and team leader at Russian Markswebb consulting agency Olga Stasevich said on October 17 during the announcement of the results of the ‘Mobile Banking Rank Azerbaijan 2022’ study in Baku, Trend reports.
"The application solves more tasks traditionally requiring contacting a bank branch: it enables to receive an account statement, change phone number and code word, and gives access to the full details of a plastic card. A form for selecting a deposit by parameters (amount, currency, and term) has been implemented with profitability calculation,” Stasevich noted.
“Besides, the application has the most convenient PFM functions: it displays the distribution of expenses and income by category, a list of expenses and income transactions. The Yelo Bank application is most friendly to customers who log in to the service for the first time: this can be done by phone number or by reading card details via NFC," she also said.
According to her, mobile banks with great growth potential are Kapital Bank, International Bank of Azerbaijan, Unibank, Rabitabank, Bank of Baku, Expressbank, TuranBank, Bank Respublika, and AccessBank.
‘Mobile Banking Rank Azerbaijan 2022’ is a study of user experience, which consists of the completeness and convenience of tasks solved in mobile banks for individuals. The researchers focus on debit card management. The results will allow evaluation of the development vector, key features and trends of mobile banking in Azerbaijan, to see practices and solutions for high-level improvement of customer experience and the creation of competitive advantage.
