Vladimir Karapatan, the Armenian Foreign Ministry's press-secretary, said not time to regognize the Nagorno-Karabakh Republic by Armenia, Mediamax reported.
"Recognation of the Nagorno-KrabakhRepublic was and remains the main issue of the Armenian foreign policy," Karapatan said.
