Experts have developed a special conception on future improvement of CIS by the order of Presidents. "We expect the Foreign Ministers Council of CIS will approve the document and submit it to the Presidents of the CIS countries," Lavrov said. "By approving the implementation of the conception we will complete the most important stage of our work," Lavrov added.
