Azerbaijan, Baku / Trend / The President of Azerbaijan, Ilham Aliyev, issued decrees appointing Lutvali Babayev the Head of Executive Power of Zardab District, Mansur Mammadov - Goychay District, Mubariz Agayev - Mingachevir City. According to other Presidential decree, Mansur Mammadov was released from the position of the Head of Executive Power of Zardab District, Mubariz Agayev - Goychay and Lutvali Babayev - Mingachevir.
