Azerbaijan, Baku, 21 February corr Trend S.Ilhamgizi / Mazahir Panahov, the chairman of the Central Elections Commission (CEC) of Azerbaijan, will observe over the presidential elections in Russia on 2 March, the CEC told Trend .
The delegation of five people, headed by Mazahir Panahov, will leave for Russia as the observers from the Central Election Commission of Azerbaijan.
At the same time, two representatives of the CEC will observe over the elections in Russia within the observation mission of the CIS Executive Committee.
The observation mission, led by the CEC chairman, will be in Russia from 29 February to 4 March, at an invitation of the CEC of Russia.
