Azerbaijan, Baku, 25 February / Trend / On 25 February, the President of Azerbaijan, Ilham Aliyev, issued a decree establishing awards of the best middle school and the best teacher. The payment of the expenses on the awards of the best middle schools and best teacher will be made at the expense of the funds envisaged for Azerbaijan's Ministry of Education. The Cabinet of Ministers is in charge of implementing the affairs arising from the decree.
According to another Presidential decree, regulations were approved for holding contests for the ranks of the best middle school and best teacher.
