Azerbaijan, Baku, 5 September/ Trend , corr K. Konirova/ The Foreign Minister of Azerbaijan Elmar Mammadyarov will pay a working visit to Moscow at the invitation of his Russian counterpart Sergey Lavrov, press service of Foreign Ministry said.
Mammadyarov will discuss regional issues and Turkey's initiative to set up Platform of Security and Cooperation in Caucasus.
