Azerbaijan, Baku, 20 November/ Trend corr. E.Tariverdiyeva/ Experience of state building in Azerbaijan may serve as an absolute characteristic of the state's survival system, said Azerbaijan's independent political scientist Rashad Rzaguliyev.
"We witness creation of a new history, the beginning of the third millennium - there is a beginning of a new epoch of military style, i.e. the war with world terrorism, which turned into an epoch of destruction of world's mighty empires, into an epoch of reconsideration of formats of the international law which was once coordinated," Rashad Rzaguliyev, Director of the Social Development Foundation, said during the round table entitled Azerbaijan in the 21st Century - Strategy of Success in Baku on 20 November. All events of the last decade were a survival exam for the last category of public institutions, he said.
"National states have become a corner stone on the way of certain trans-national political and financial forces striving for global domination with the idea of 'globalisation'," said Rzaguliyev.
According to the political expert, the format and prospects of the global economic crisis prove that.
Even the staunchest opponents of Heydar Aliyev's regime had to admit that all his political force based not on fear and violence but on nation's elementary thankfulness for a country which he preserved in intolerable conditions, he said.
"And owing to Ilham Aliyev we achieved a Unified Azerbaijani World as an object of planetary, geopolitical and geo-cultural projecting. Trust is the word actually implied by the format of the 'Azerbaijani succession'," he said.
