The U.S. and Kyrgyz governments signed an agreement to form the Centre of transit conveyances at the Manas international airport where the American airbase is located, a source at the Kyrgyz government told RIA Novosti.
On June 23, the Kyrgyz members of the parliament will examine the issue on ratifying this agreement at the parliament, the source said. The international committee will examine this issue first.
