Azerbaijani President congratulates Brazilian counterpart with Independence Day

Azerbaijani President Ilham Aliyev sent a congratulations letter to the Brazilian counterpart Luiz Inácio Lula da Silva on occasion of the national holiday of Independence Day, AzerTaj state news agency said on September 5.

Azerbaijani President expressed hope for further development of friendly relations between two countries.
