Georgian President Mikheil Saakashvili introduced new ambassadorial candidates of reorganized embassies. Nikoloz Natbiladze was made Georgia's ambassador to Spain and Andorra.

Natbiladze was born in 1971 in Tbilisi. He has served as Georgia's ambassador to Spain since 2009. He was Georgia's ambassador to Azerbaijan in 2007-2009.

Giorgi Janjgava's candidature was proposed as ambassador of the reorganized embassy in Iran and Pakistan. He was born in 1965. Today, he is Georgia's ambassador to Iran. He was ambassador to Egypt and Syria in 2006-2009.

David Kereselidze's candidature was proposed for ambassador to Denmark, Norway and Iceland. Since 2006, he served as Georgia's ambassador to Denmark.

The Georgian parliament will consider the candidatures proposed by the president. Their candidatures will be approved at a plenary session.

Ambassadorial authorities have been expanded in accordance with a presidential decree.
