Kazakh President Nursultan Nazarbayev has appointed former ambassador to Afghanistan, Agybay Smagulov as a new head of diplomatic mission in Dushanbe, the president's press service reported on Monday.
"By the president's decree, Agybay Smagulov has been dismissed as the Kazakh ambassador to Afghanistan and appointed as the Kazakh ambassador to Tajikistan," the press service said.
