New Brunswick purchased from Azerbaijan's oil to the amount of $300 million in 2010 (in 2009 - amount of $ 500 million in 2008 - $ 1 billion), which proves the status of New Brunswick as a reliable partner of our country's energy sector. Noting the energy as a major part of the country's economy, the ambassador also said that the Azerbaijani government has also focused on the development of agriculture.
Noting the great potential in investment between the two countries, the ambassador noted that in the last 3-4 years have been implemented various projects between our country and Turkey, Georgia and Moldova.
