President of Azerbaijan Ilham Aliyev has today attended the opening of the Heydar Aliyev Center in Naftalan District.
The Head of State cut a ribbon symbolizing the opening of the Center.
The construction of the facility started in August, 2012, and ended in September, 2013. The two-storey building of the Center covers a total area of 722 square meters.
There are photo stands reflecting national leader Heydar Aliyev's life and activities in the center.
The Heydar Aliyev Center has a 120-seat conference hall, an E-library, an internet room, and a photo gallery. It will offer foreign language courses.
