BAKU, Azerbaijan, February 22. President Ilham Aliyev has sent a congratulatory letter to the Servant of the Two Noble Sanctuaries, King of Saudi Arabia Salman bin Abdulaziz Al Saud, on the occasion of February 22, the Founding Day of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, Trend reports.
