BAKU, Azerbaijan, December 27. Crown Prince of Saudi Arabia, Prime Minister Mohammed bin Salman bin Abdulaziz Al Saud has sent a letter of condolences to President of the Republic of Azerbaijan Ilham Aliyev over the deaths caused by the crash of an Azerbaijan Airlines passenger plane on December 25, Trend reports.
"Assalamualaikum warahmatullahi wabarakatuh.
I received with deep regret the news of the crash of a passenger plane belonging to Azerbaijan in the territory of Kazakhstan, which resulted in the loss of lives and injuries.
I extend my deepest condolences to Your Excellency and to the families of those who lost their lives. I pray to Allah the Almighty to grant mercy upon the departed souls and to bestow a swift recovery upon the injured," the letter reads.
