Secretary General of the Parliamentary Assembly of the Black Sea Economic Cooperation Organization (PABSEC) Asaf Hajiyev has sent a letter of condolences to President of the Republic of Azerbaijan Ilham Aliyev over the crash of a plane belonging to Azerbaijan Airlines near the Aktau city, Trend reports.
