The 13th meeting of Black Sea Economic Cooperation Organization (BECO) Council of Foreign Ministers (CFM) is planned in Chisinau on Wednesday, the Azerbaijani Foreign Affairs Ministry told Trend.
The meeting is planned to discuss prospect of the organization. It will focus on development of cooperation with the international organizations EU, GUAM, as well as energy and transport issues. Azerbaijan will be represented at the meeting by Elmar Mammadyarov, the Azerbaijani Foreign Minister.
Preparations for the meeting and agenda of negotiations, as well as intensifying of the Azerbaijan;s role in the organization were discussed at the recent meeting of Mammadyarov and Tedo Japaridze, the Secretary general of the Organization.
Azerbaijan intends to attach special attention on energy and transport issues.
