Kazakhstan plans to invite observers from Azerbaijan for the forthcoming presidential elections to be held on 4 December 2005, Kazakhstan’s embassy told Trend.
The registration of candidates to presidency is complete. The Central Elections Commission of Kazakhstan said that registered 5 candidates, including the current President, Nursultan Nazarbayev.
The CEC accredited 187 observers from foreign countries and international organizations, including 44-member OSCE/ODIHR mission, 38-member-CIS mission, as well as 31 observers from international organization and 74 вЂ" from foreign countries.
