Investigation and consideration of the complaints entered to the Central Election Committee (CEC) is over,” Natig Mammadov, the secretary of the CEC, told Trend.

He said that the CEC will consider all complaints in usual order i.e the complaints sent to the constituency committees till the time specified in the law. According to Mammadov, constituency committees have already sent replies on investigation of complaints. Therefore CEC can hold the meeting, but it will consider the complaints in usual order.

Mamamdov also said that the Constitution Court continued investigation of final protocols on the 6 November parliamentary elections, but the CEC did not received information about completion of the investigation. Mammadov stressed that the Committee would call on the meeting as soon as the Constitution Court completed the work.
