Israeli Amb to Azerbaijan to discuss development of co-op in agriculture in

The development of the Azerbaijani-Israeli cooperation in agriculture will be discussed during the visit of Artur Lenk, the Israeli Ambassador to Azerbaijan, to Ganja town. “I want to get familiar with the regions of Azerbaijan and discuss development of cooperation in agriculture,” the Israeli Ambassador told Trend. Lenk also noted that he would make a report before the students of the Academy of Agriculture.

The diplomat will hold meeting with representatives of the Ganja community and go to sight-seeing during the 2-day visit to start on 8 December. He is supposed to visit the mausoleum of the great Azerbaijani poet, Nizamy Ganjavi, Khans Palace, the grave of Javid Khan.

Lenk’s visit will start with the meeting with Eldar Azizov, the head of the Ganja Executive Power. Then he will meet with journalists and make a report on the agriculture experience of Israel. The Ambassador also scheduled the meeting with the representatives of the Ganja Agribusiness Association.

Lenk will visit the Khanlar region on his way to Baku on 9 November.
