The Parliament of Moldova ratified in two readings the inter-governmental agreement with Azerbaijan on labor activities and the social protection of the citizens of Moldova, temporarily employed in Azerbaijan, and the citizens of Azerbaijan temporarily working in Moldova.
The document was signed by the governments of the both countries in April 2005, Trend reports. Its 22 articles determine the mechanism for protection of the labor migrants rights, conditions for their entry and exit from the country, the employers’ obligations, “Novosti-Moldova “reports.
