Azeri president Ilham Aliyev on June 27 received the delegation headed by the chairman of European Congress of Local and Regional Powers (consultative organ of the Council of Europe) Haldvand Skard.
The meeting covered several issues of cooperation of European Congress of Local and Regional Powers with relevant organs of Azerbaijan.
