Arzu Abdulayeva, Chairperson of the National Committee of the Helsinki Assembly, told Trend that OSCE Minsk Group was expected to organize negotiations between the authorities and opposition of Azerbaijan.
Christian Strohal, Chief of the Bureau for Democratic Institutes and Human Rights of OSCE, who is currently visiting Baku, has met representatives of local NGOs. Mrs. Abdulayeva, who took part in the meeting with Mr. Strohal, said that issues connected with elections, the dialogue authorities opposition, were discussed with the OSCE Representative during the meeting. According to her, OSCE is about to gather all the social and political forces of the country in the summer of the next year.
