Azerbaijan, Baku / Т corr I. Alizadeh / Aly Huseynov, the Chairman of the Parliamentary Commission on Legal Policy and State-building of Azerbaijan, informed that according to the changes that are to be made in the Code of Administrative Violations the establishing of social or economic ties with a country that is in the state of war with Azerbaijan (Armenia is implied at present) will be considered an administrative violation.
The law will be applied towards the juridical, natural and officials persons that are the citizens of the Azerbaijani Republic. The persons violating the law will be punished in accordance with the Code.
Husseynov noted that the project on making the changes in the Code was submitted to the parliament by the Presidential Apparatus.
