Azerbaijan, Baku / Тrend corr K. Zarbaliyeva / A meeting was held at the Baku Central Police Department (CPD) directed by Maharram Aliyev on 28 June.
According to the head of Social Security Department of the Baku CPD, Shamil Seidli, Aliyev noted at the meeting that his resignation from the position had been admitted to the Azerbaijan Internal Minister, Ramil Usubov, the day before.
Aliyev did not provide for any information on his new position and did not say whether it was related to internal affairs bodies.
The ex-head of the CPD said that he would take up duties in his new position in the near future and the public would be informed on the occasion.
