Elchin Zeynalov, the head of the Federation, said that nearly 6-10 years are required to train sportsmen of the high level. "The training of the sportsmen for the short time is very difficult because there is reanimation in the rowing. In this situation we can hope for legionnaires. We invited legionnaires and coaches from Ukraine. If they qualify for the Olympic Games 2008, this will be a huge success, and I will not be surprise if these sportsmen teach the discipline to the Azerbaijan State Sports Academy," Zeynalov said.
