The bill "On Military Positions and Military Service" will be submitted for discussion at the spring session of the Azerbaijani parliament, Parliamentary Security and Defense Committee member Zahid Oruj told Trend on Monday.
He said the bill has been prepared in an attempt to bring the military laws into line with the requirements of time and their reflection in the same context of international cooperation.
Oruj said that the bill was designed by the corresponding structure of the Armed Forces and the Parliamentary Security and Defense Committee.
According to the parliament's internal statutes, the spring session will begin work on Feb. 1.
