In Azerbaijan, the officials and legal entities who violate the rules of employment of foreigners and stateless persons will be made answerable.
Amendments and additions were offered to be made to the Code of Administrative Violations with regards to foreigners and stateless persons, a source at the Parliament of Azerbaijan told Trend.
One of the additions is associated with the rules of employment of foreigners and stateless persons.
It is proposed that the employers, who violate the legal requirements on employment of foreigners and stateless persons who do not have individual permits, will be fined: officials - 3,000 to 5,000 manat, legal entities - 30,000 to 35,000 manat.
Art. 53.8 of the Code of Administrative Violations, which provides the employment of foreigners or stateless persons without obtaining the individual permit will be withdrawn from the Code.
