The second day of the FIG World Challenge Cup in Artistic Gymnastics is underway at the National Gymnastics Arena in Baku.
Men's vault, parallel bars and horizontal bar qualification events are being held today.
Female gymnasts are competing in floor and balance beam events.
Azerbaijan is being today represented by Oleg Stepko and Petro Pakhnyuk in men's gymnastics events, and Marina Nekrasova and Yulia Inshina in women's gymnastics events.
Stepko has already advanced to the finals in the vault exercises during the tournament.
Nekrasova too advanced to the finals in the balance beam exercises.
The FIG World Challenge Cup in Artistic Gymnastics will end Feb. 21 at the National Gymnastics Arena, which last summer hosted competitions on ten kinds of gymnastics as part of the Baku 2015 First European Games.
In general, athletes from 19 countries are to participate in the event.
Men's and women's qualifications on the first two days of the competitions will be followed by apparatus finals on the last day.
