MIDA LLC under the State Housing Construction Agency of Azerbaijan has completed construction of the first 12 buildings in the Yasamal residential complex in Baku, which is the company’s first project, MIDA said in a message Dec. 29.
The Yasamal residential complex, consisting of 29 buildings, will provide housing to 1,843 families.
Construction and installation works in the first 12 residential buildings of the complex and a 960-seat building of a secondary school have already been completed. At the same time, construction of other multi-apartment residential buildings continues, and the work is underway to provide the territory of the complex with the appropriate engineering communications.
