E.Javadova / The determination against Lawyers, not attending the criminal trial of Farhad Aliyev, the former Azerbaijani Minister of Economic Development, his brother Rafik Aliyev, the former president of Azpetrol Group of Companies, and seventeen other people, held due to the case, was sent to the Azerbaijani Bar Association by the chairman of the hearing.
Five or six Lawyers from twenty-five, whose attendance was compulsory, attended the hearing held on the 11th of June, under the chairmanship of Tofik Pashayev , the Judge, in the Azerbaijani Crave Court.
Pashayev developed corresponding determination to take measures against Lawyers, not attending the hearing, and submitted the document to the Azerbaijani Bar Association.
The Bar Association is required to take measures against Lawyers, not attending the hearing, without reason.
