The bank's easy-to-use mobile application (mobile banking) has given an impetus to an increase in profit indicators that the business receives for all the time working with the client, Dmitry Satin, founder and CEO of Russian USABILITYLAB LLC, told Trend.
The mobile banking app is one of the main channels of payment transactions for bank customers, the usage of which has increased several times during the pandemic, he said.
"We studied the use of applications and faced the situation where people do not use the salary bank application because it is inconvenient. Customers of such banks open an account in another bank and transfer their wages there each time, as well as use the bank's application, " Satin added.
Satine stressed that such an application not only fulfills the main use cases qualitatively but also gives the user added value.
"Such applications simplify financial management, focusing on the financial side of life to the maximum, which leads to an increase in the number of contacts with the bank and to an increase in LTV (an indicator of the profit that the business receives for all the time working with the client) in the future," Dmitry Satin emphasized.
