BAKU, Azerbaijan, August 17. Turkish ports received 5,309 ships in July 2022, the Ministry of Transport and Infrastructure of Türkiye told TurkicWorld, Trend reports.
According to the ministry, of the total number of ships received by the ports, 3,463 flew Turkish flag, and 1,846 - the flags of other countries.
From January through July 2022, Turkish ports received 32,088 ships, of which 10,288 were under the flag of Türkiye, 21,800 - under the flags of other countries.
In 2021, the ports received 51,199 ships (15,120 - with the Turkish flag, and 36,079 - with the flags of other countries).
