BAKU, Azerbaijan, February 9. The Central Bank of Azerbaijan's (CBA's) foreign exchange reserves are estimated to reach $11.481 billion in 2024, Trend reports via the report of the International Monetary Fund (IMF).
According to the fund's analysis, this sum will climb to $11.68 billion in 2025, $11.88 billion in 2026, $12.08 billion in 2027, and $12.28 billion in 2028.
Meanwhile, the IMF report was created following meetings in Baku in November 2023 in accordance with Article IV of the agreement on "Establishment of the IMF," led by Anna Bordon, the head of the foundation's mission for Azerbaijan.
Notably, the CBA's foreign exchange reserves climbed by 29.1 percent last year, reaching $11.6 billion.
