The Kristal Absheron construction company, operating in Azerbaijan, is working on the implementation of a new project involving construction of a major housing estate in Yeni Gunashli settlement of Surakhani district in Baku, a source in the company told Trend.
The company will start the project’s implementation in the next two months, according to the source.
“We plan to begin construction work in February 2020,” the source noted. “The construction area has already been determined, and the work will be carried out in Yeni Gunashli settlement of the Surakhani district in Baku. This includes construction of a twenty-story high-rise building. It is planned to construct a residential building during the next 12-14 months of next year.”
The source added that in January next year, a pit will be dug for the foundation of a new multi-story building.
“In construction of housing, high-quality building materials will be used, in particular, concrete from Ukraine, fittings and pads used for smoothness of concrete made by the German Peri company, Firat pipes of the famous Turkish brand, electric cables manufactured by Imkacable company,” the source noted.
The Kristal Absheron construction company has been operating in the Azerbaijani market since 2003.
