AzVIRT LLC, an Azerbaijani construction company, will continue implementing a road construction project in Kyrgyzstan by phases, after a certain pause because of the COVID-19 pandemic, a source in the company told Trend.
“The preparations for the second phase of the work related to the laying of road infrastructure are underway. In total, the project consists of five phases,” the source said. “As of now, nearly 15 percent of the work have been carried out. The reconstruction of the Bishkek-Osh road with a total length of 67 kilometers in the Central Asian country is ahead. Tentatively, the project will be completed in mid-2022.”
The company is currently involved in three large projects abroad, as well as small projects in Azerbaijan.
AzVirt company is one of the well-known contractors in Azerbaijan in the field of construction of roads, runways and airports.
Besides the design and construction of roads and big facilities, the company is also involved in production of building materials such as asphalt mixtures, fraction gravel, and activated mineral powder.
