Direct Air Communication Likely to be Opened between Azerbaijan and Jordan

Azerbaijan, Baku / Тrend corr K. Ramazanova / Jordan and Azerbaijan will discuss the possibility of opening direct air communication between the two countries. The issue was discussed at the negotiations between Azerbaijani Ambassador to Jordan, Elman Arasli, and Jordan Tourism Minister, Osama Dabbas, according to Jordan media.

According to the Ambassador, opening of air communication between the two countries and holding a tourism conference in Azerbaijan was discussed at the meeting. The Jordan delegation, including representatives of companies and organizations engaged in tourism, will visit Azerbaijan. They will meet with representatives from the tourism and investment sectors in Azerbaijan.

In February of next year the countries will celebrate the fifteenth anniversary of their bilateral diplomatic relationships, the Ambassador noted.
