Azerbaijan, Baku, 9 June / Trend corr S. Aliyev/ the Azerbaijan State Caspian Sea Shipping Company reported that it will purchase one more train-ferry by the end of June.
At the end of last year, Shipping Company purchased a train-ferry capable of drawing 52 carriages simultaneously, which is almost double more than other ferries owned by the Company.
Drawing of 52 carriages prevents fragmenting trains going from the eastern shore of the Caspian Sea, which improves economic efficiency of transportation.
New ferry will be operated at TRACECA route, in the Caspian Sea, and will promote development of Baku-Tbilisi-Kars railway.
